Do you have a warranty?

Yes.

Batt-A-Ray, LLC warrants its Clinical X-Ray Systems to be free of manufacturing defects, which can impair their normal operation when used within their specified ratings.  Claims under this warranty must be made within 1 year after shipment from factory.  Such warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from accidents, alterations, abuse or misuse.  X-Ray Tube and Collimator warranty is limited to that provided by the manufacturer.  Liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components at the factory.  Shipping costs are not included under this warranty.  This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.  Collimator bulbs and exposure cord assemblies are not covered under this limited warranty as they are considered normal wear and tear.  Damage due to operation that falls outside of what could be considered normal is not covered and will be determined by Batt-A-Ray, LLC.  Temporary replacement units may be provided by Batt-A-Ray, LLC at their discretion if repairs will take more than five days, shipping time not included.
